DIY Recipe | How to Make Tiramisu (No-Bake)

Christmas just around the corner, and soon it'll be new year. We are going to share monthly DIY recipe for the coming year. Those of you who are eager to know how-to and have a dream to make your own dessert for yout friends, family and even your kids, we will learn together all kind of simple recipe. There are bunch of no-bake recipe out there and there must be one that you can do-because its all so simple. Tiramisu is just one of it.


Ingredients (for 4 cups) :

2 eggs, cold

1/3 cup granulated sugar (67g)

2/3 cup strong coffee (160ml)

9 oz mascarpone cheese, softened (250g) in the room temperature

24g ladyfingers (200g)

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa for dusting


Uttensils :

Hand mixer

Spatula

Mixing bowl

Mason Jar/Container


Directions :

Please ensure your mixing bowl is in cool temperature, break the eggs mixed gently. Pour in granulated sugar, and mix with hand mixer until soft peak.


Take out one spoonful of mascarpone cheese and temper it with the egg mixture, mix it well and slowly added the rest of mascarpone cheese. Mix with hand mixer with low speed.


In other bowl, prepare warm strong coffee or you can replace it with kahlua/wine. Dip in ladyfingers only one side (you may need to cut the ladyfingers depend on your container size). Arrange the ladyfingers at the bottom of the container nicely, pour out one spoonful of the mixture. Redo the proceed by arranging ladyfingers on top of the mixture, cover with the cream-until the top of the container.


For final touch, dusting unsweetened cocoa you can explore more variety by adding chopped chocolate on top.

Voila, there you go your very own tiramisu and its homemade :)
